BOOKING POLICY

• A signed agreement and booking retainer may be required to secure your appointment or event date. Bookings are confirmed only once all required information has been received.

• If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Changes are subject to availability.

TRAVEL

• On-location services are available throughout London, Ontario, and surrounding areas, with travel available upon request.

• For the best results, please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin (unless otherwise discussed). You’re welcome to bring inspiration photos and let me know of any allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
